They call from random numbers in California

They call at 9:15pm. It’s an automotive voice and they state in approved for a stay because of my phone number.

I got a call from a local number +1 (812) 296-6642. It said it was regarding my marriot rewards. I was sent to a representative and was asked if I was over 30. I said "ja" as in German for yes. Then the person hung up

calls are received weekly from various local numbers. It is a recorded message stating "congratulations, you have been selected to win free nights at a Marriot Hotel...."

when I call the number back, the person that answers is always someone local that did not dial my number. I block the numbers on my phone, but they keep using different numbers. None are a 1-800 or 1-888 numbers.

this occurred frequently two years ago, and then stopped until recently when it started again.
