I was hoping to support a small business selling hand made embroidery of cars on clothing. I made this purchase on January 11th of 2022, then a few hours later received an email from the company asking a question about the details I desired to have based on a picture of the vehicle. This was the last time I had heard from this company. On January 31st I had reached out to the same email requesting an update on my order but received no response. I later read on the social media: Marscustoms.co that they had received up to a 1,000 orders and being a single person running this company had announced orders would be on back up and they were no longer allowing new orders. I had given the benefit of the doubt for this company given that they had previously had happy customs stating it was worth the wait. On April 11th I emailed again, requesting for a second time for at MINIMUM the update after the four months I waited. Finally I had decided to just request a dispute from my bank for the charge still pending but since It was passed the agreed timeframe to do so I am no longer able to get back the $84.00 and was unable to fulfill and gift. I have looked around on the media to see if anyone else had experience this and found that there were many who were failed by this company and also lost their money as a result of giving a small business a chance and having patience.
