The persons name that is doing this is Shakeitha Davis. Her new site is davisdobbies.com and her email and LLC is Shakeitha Davis Enterprise, LLC. SAME $900 doberman scam. Different name. This POS is posting on fb about being a millionaire. Yes, trash, it’s not due to your “company” it’s due to your scamming people. She’s obviously been doing this for years! BLAST THIS AND FLOOD THE INTERNET WITH HER INFORMATION. STOP THIS DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING!

My story is the same as everyone else's. The website looked legit and said the price of the puppy, which his name on their website says "frost" was $750 and shipping would be $150 for airline approved crate. So for a total of $900 I would have my puppy the next day. Then at the time of shipping World Logistic Services called and texted saying they were going to send a invoice for shipping because they didn't accept his crate and the airlines made new rules. So I went online checked out the shipping website and it looked legit as well. So I forwarded the $1500 through cash app. Then right before departure I get another email saying I needed insurance which will be another $1850. I said I don't have the money and I borrow the $1500 and have to pay it back. Now I given the run around and no refund.

We visited MarshallDobermanfamily.com and submitted our contact info to the website. We got our email with pricing info of the puppy and four detailed questions about us and our living situation. Immediately received a text from a women saying they liked my answers and needed to pay and the dog would be shipped on whatever day I want. The number I called was actually a man apparently named Marlon D Hargis and he said his wife was texting me before that. Payed through the cash app $900 and received my receipt/ contract that I needed to sign through email. I signed and sent it back to them. Monday was the agreed day the dog was to be shipped. No word until the time we were suppose to receive him and Marlon said he's shipping him through a third party. Received a call from a service called Pet Logistics and was sent and email saying we needed to rent a special crate to ship him. $1500 was asked to rent the crate and then once delivered the puppy would get a full refund. We said no because with research the website was a scam. Called Marlon and said we would not pay any more money and the only way we would get our dog is to pick him up. Said we then owed him $200 for cancelling the third party. Said we would pay him the $200 after we picked up our puppy. Then the morning we were suppose to meet he cancelled saying the pandemic was the reason. Found the image of our puppy he sent on Google afterward. Called him and he just kept saying we needed to pay that $200 cancelation fee so we said we would report him.

I visited the website that appeared super legit. Chose a puppy and everything seemed fine. I used Venmo to send payment. They did paperwork and shipped the dog. Then the shipping company- world logistics services began asking for more money. They first I entertained. $1600 for insurance and it was to be refunded upon delivery. The day of delivery I received another email asking for more $ for a vaccine and a cites permit. At this point I did more research and found all they need for interstate travel is a certified vet inspection so i refused to pay. I called the breeder and told him to cancel the shipping that I would just drive the 6 hours to pick up the dog. He replied “ oh uh, let me get back to you”

I have not heard back.

From website add, contacted them to purchase doberman puppy. Website showed several puppies, names were listed on pics'. Linda,Erika, etc....etc... My dobe had passed and I needed to fill the hole in my heart. Marshall said he was having an anniversary sale and pups were being sold for $550 with $150 shipping fee that would fly them in and deliver to my front door. I asked them where they were located and was told Charlotte, NC. They insisted that payment had to be made thru Zelle and sent to (Ambria Whitney) [email protected]. I offered a credit card and they said no, only Zelle. I began to get uncomfortable and began to try to vet the information. I asked who cropped the ears. I was told South End Veterinary in Charlotte. I called to confirm. They do not crop. The vets name he gave me is not listed on the veterinary register. Pic of puppy I wanted showed cropped. Picture they sent was still in the rack. When I confronted them, Marshall became a little defensive via email. He then offered to send me the pup for $250 and if I was unsatisfied I could get my money back. Zelle does not refund. I am warning anyone that goes to that site that they need to back away.
