A car was offered for sale for $1500 (well below kbb value). The car was to be shipped in 2-3 business days, I was to have 5 days to inspect the car before sending any money. The next day i received a fake invoice from Ebay with instructions on where to bring the cash for secure payment. The payment was to be held until i received the car and approved of the transaction. I looked up the customer service number provided in the email and found similar stories of fraud (same story as to why the car is for sale, similar email adresses claiming to be Veterans, etc.)
