Went to the website martybstone.com that had a dress offered for sale. I selected my size, added the item to the cart, and completed payment through Paypal using my Capital One credit card for payment. I provided my name, address, email address, and phone number. I did not receive an order confirmation. I attempted to send the seller an email through their online form and received an error message. There is no other contact information on the site.
