Just had the exact same experience as y’all, unfortunately I’m out $100 right now that I will probably never get back. Found this page by reverse image searching the picture of Simo. They sent a video and everything. These people are depraved.

Beware! As soon as I said we won’t send through Zelle, however, we will drive there meet the kitten and pay in person. Cash, money order, credit card. Here is the the response,

How do these people get away with this?
Is there not record to find them by using Zelle?
This is beyond evil and I feel for anyone whom has been scammed.

I also tried to get Simo-and the messages are almost exactly the same. The first thing was that he and a number of other kittens were still on the website after two weeks. Other kittens are hard to find and are usually adopted very quickly. It didn’t make sense that this gorgeous cat wasn’t adopted for such a low price. The grammar in their email was atrocious for what is supposed to be a legitimate business-another red flag. Also, not asking to come and meet the cat to ensure we’d be a good fit before sending him halfway across the country rubbed me the wrong way. The whole thing where they would pay for transportation also stood out-there’s a huge difference from where they claimed to be (Asheville, NC) to the next city over vs, say, CA. When I asked about papers, they only sent information about the app for payment. With a purebred especially, I wanted to make sure about ownership forms and whatnot. Another check online and their website “Fluffy honey Maine [censored]” was taken down/empty. I found this forum and knew for sure it was a scam. Just to mess with them, I told them I would download the payment app as soon as they sent his registration papers and vet recites. Due her more, I mentioned we had friends traveling through that area next week and they could pick him up instead of having him traumatized by shipping. Of course, no reply.

Somethings fishy about this kitty

I too have almost fallen for this scam!-I inquired about a beautiful kitten named Bobo.I knew something was off by the availability of these precious furbabies!-especially at the low price and then even further when shipping via airline was only$600.00 =total? Soooooo your really gonna tell me it's only going to cost me a total of$600.00 to have a show quality full bred maincoon 10 week old male kitten including delivery via airline.?!- I believe in miracles but I'm not stupid!- there's no way I would ever be willing to bring home any animal before u had the chance or even the opportunity to meet in person. Also, how did they have so many different types?
Anyways, I want to help prevent anyone else from getting scammed out of money&heartache! Please let me know if there anything else I can do. Btw,I was told they were located in Ashville, NC-6 hour drive from where I live in Virginia Beach Virginia USA.
I was also given the same exact email response for the kitten named Bobo.

After reading the comments regarding “Marvelous Fluffy Maine [censored]” , including the one that has screenshots of the conversation emails. It has come to my attention that this is the very SAME emails I received from “HONEY Fluffy Maine [censored]”. This is EXACTLY the same company. I pulled out of the transaction before sending money. BUYERS BEWARE! Please research any company on the internet before doing business with them.

Just a big scam, when l offered to pick up cat and not subject cat to transportation they suddently stopped communicating.

So I goggles to see if this was a scam because something doesn’t seem right about this company. They just launched this website in 2022 and I find another person post here about this scam and ironically it was them inquiring about the same kitten. Idk I know some people will ship animals to other people but When I saw they reported this as a scam and about the same cat I am worried now.

I know if it was real that kitten would be gone by now cause they are in demand and expensive. I thought I was getting a deal. In reality, u have to spend the 1,000 to 2,800 for a real Maine c o o n kitten. Glad I found this site B4 I sent money. I just put my Maine c o o n to sleep due to complications from surgery, and he was free. I wanted another Maine [censored], but don't wanna be robbed, especially after spending thousands on my Wyzdom.

We don't have any pets at this time, and we have gotten rid of all of Butta kitty's toys, tree, litterbox, bowls everything that we had for him except for a few things that I have kept and are boxed up and put away.
