The tipoff is use of the strange phrase, Compliant Department. Either a misspelling of the word Complaint, or improper use of adjective Compliant to describe a ScamPulse.com department, which doesn't make sense. Either way, unlikely to emanate from BBB.
I dont know how to take a picture of the email I received so as to provide an example.
Didn't follow the link they provided for fear of getting malicious software
