As of current date, 08/23/2017. I have yet to receive my gift basket that I had purchased from www.marybaskets.com. On May, 12th 2017 I had placed an order for an 'I love you mom! gift set x 1". I have yet to receive my order. The website certified my purchase through a Satisfaction Guarantee, Shopify, PCI compliance, and other acreditations. I was emailed a confirmation to my email address. On the date of delivery, I did not receive my package. Turning to email, I wrote to [email protected]. After three emails, I have yet to receive any feedback or correspondence. This lack of communication no telephone number or address. The confirmation and lag for delivery is ridiculous. All I was seeking was a mothers day gift basket for my mother.
