I ordered 1 Extra Large Black Bean Bag on 11/7/21 which should’ve been delivered by Thanksgiving and I have yet to receive it or a an email either! If Mas Commerce can’t keep up with orders DONT TAKE MONEY from customers! Don’t advertise sales if you can’t ensure customers will get their orders! THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So my son wanted a big bean bag chair for his room and he wanted to use his money he got for Christmas on one. We found this one on Facebook and he wanted it so bad, so we ordered it in December and i never got an email or anything about it and now can't find out any info about my order because nothing works. So my 11 year old got scammed for $49.

Ordered "cozySac" never got product cant get anyone to email me back and bad phone#

I ordered this from an add I saw was told it was insured shipping as well - got an email with my order confirmation but no phone number to contact no email address - started digging further and found out it was through a company called MAS General Commerce - It looks like they keep changing the name on these adds because I have found CozySac, Cozy Bean , Cozy Bean Shop and several others - found a phone number 800-817-3007 but it has a fast ring then disconnects also a email address [email protected] but no body replies no way to get info on the order - its a SCAM and no way to dispute it if you use a debit card - the adds are on facebook, Instagram and TikTok however none of those companies will take responsibility either

I placed a order for a cozy bean bag and never received it. Been a week and no confirmation of my refund being processed. I have emails that state that it will keeps being shipped out but that there were delays. After a month I got tired of waiting ans cancelled.

I saw an ad for a so called "Mini Projector" , , the small business name is Myeliteprojector ,so I payed with my card online and after not receiving anything for like 5 weeks I asked for a refund and after that I never heard from them again (SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM FILTHY SCAMMERS)
