Hi? I purchased a mystery box on the 28/1/2021, and am still waiting?. It was $24.95+$9.95, express delivery. Total = $34.90, well they took $46.93, from my account, and I’m still waiting. Really pisses me that they take this money like I can afford to give away.. I’m a single mother, that works 7 days a week. To keep a roof over our heads, and food in our belly’s. I look after my teenage daughter, my retired father, and our BullArab dog + 3 fish.. I also have a house to run , car and all other expenses. I don’t have a cent to my name at the end of my payday which means I have no life now either… you should be ashamed of yourself masonnew.life, for robbing us so easily and without and guilt or remorse.. I hope you rot in hell, where you belong, your all just oxygen theives, and don’t have a place or a real purpose in society.. SHAME SHAME SHAME!

I also ordered a Mystery Box from Masonnew-life. Site. To date I have received nothing. I contacted them and they told me it was delivered. I didn't even get the ronchy earbuds ?. They also gave me a tracking number. So when they said it delivered, I rechecked the tracking and it said the same. But, still, I Did Not receive a thing from them. I paid for one mystery box which came to about $45.00 with shipping and all and paid via paypal in March. I had been trying to reach them for awhile and finally a response but I don't think paypal will refund as they strung it along for so long and now we're in August 2021. I hope the get caught and have to give at least some monies back. Good Luck to all that had this same problem.

I ordered the largest crate they offered and was expecting more than one package but only ended up getting a single package consisting of some cheaply made earbuds.

I ordered 2of the super mystery boxes and paid for overnight delivery also.they provided tracking numbers and everything they even went as far as to say the order was completed and I still have nothing to show for very disappointed in myself for even attempting to buy something on line

They offer "Mystery Box" of various electronics, optical, and/or other items. I was charged approximately US$45.00. What I received was a set of BT ear pods that cost $5.00 on Wish.com.

I contacted them to see if this was an error. They will not send me the correct product or refund me for the difference.

Based on prior experience from a similar ad, I suspect this is illegitimate. When you get down into the “customer service” section and select the “About us,” all you get is pretty much the same information you’ve gotten from a “product” page. There is no actual information about the company (when it was founded, where it is physically located). The only contact information is the email address listed above. There is no information under the “subscribe today”. Their “”products” seem to only be nine items other than the “mystery box” that is supposed to have $109.99 or $199.95 I value for $24.95 or $34.95 depending on the box-type selected. They have all of this hype in the add that leads the buyer to believe they could score something really good for such a small amount of money. Finally, there

Is a lot of emphasis that their warehouse is located in the US, yet it will take 7-10 business days to ship. This reads as a drop ship sale to me.

With over 30 years experience in dealing with IT issues (including scams), this just reeks to me. If it is legitimate...they need to seriously do some work on their site.
