Purchased a car- camping roof top

Received a tiny lamp instead

Ridiculous!

Purchased other tools from another similar website scam - received gloves instead.

Please find out where they are?

Advertised on FB + Instagram

Think how many people they rip off ? This money could have gone to charities and help others.

Quite sad and such a shame people could do such things

The Website Masonnew offered a Electronic Mystery Box, claiming that it held over $149 of tech. On Feb. 2nd I purchased 2 boxes as a bundle sale for $74.90. On Feb. 27th, I was informed that my package was delivered, but I did not receive it. The website listed a 100% money back guarentee for any dissatisfaction, so I contaced their support team. I was told to "double check" my porch. I did and responded as such. Ten days past and they finally replied... asking me to check my porch again. I repeated my reply. After a month of multiple back-and-forth emails in this manner, they told me to ask my USPS office for a "parcel missing" certificate, at which point I would get a refund. I called USPS and was informed that there is no such thing. Since my first inquiry my IP address has been blocked from their website. (my work computer and phone can still reach it, but not the computer where the order was placed.) I have other screenshots availible if needed.

After waiting for an item that was purchased over 2 weeks ago, I reached out to the business to receive no response to several emails including asking for a refund.
