My son was in the hospital , he just got s job and had no insurance, the scammer told me he was masshealth , I gave him my debit card info and he told me to sign the name of my son that was in the hospital. This is the scammer phone number 2167943360 this number is from Ohio and the money came out of my account in Texas .

Consumer was contacted by the phone number 800-841-2900, caller ID said "Leigh Jackson". Consumer is a psychotherapist, the caller was claiming that they were an insurance company and her provider information needed to be updated. The first time they called they didn't give a company name, the second time they called they said they were from Mass Health. The consumer had just recently updated her provider info with Mass Health and suspected that it was a phishing scam.

The caller said to call back at 857-472-5722 and ask for "Leo". They gave her a "reference escalation number" and a long list of numbers, but the consumer knew that there's no such thing as a reference escalation number with Mass Health. The caller never said what they wanted, but after talking with colleagues the consumer suspects that they were looking for access to her bank accounts.
