Calling saying there is a pending lawsuit on a matter of money owed. Also calling family members harassing them about monies owed by someone else in the family. Provides phone number and so called case number and attempts to get money by asking for credit card information over the phone.

I was contacted told to pay by same day if i didnt i was going to court / jail if i didnt pay was threatened asked to gove payment yelled at that i should make my decision now and give account information.
