After applying for a Quality Control position with Mastery Delivery on Career Builder, a woman named Sharon Loyd contacted me via email. I signed a contract agreeing to receive and ship packages, starting with a 30-day trial period. They would pay $2,800 at the end of the trial, and if my work was good, I would continue working at the same rate, to be paid by direct deposit every 2 weeks. I did all work promptly, and my first payment was to be received on 9/28/28. Not only did I not receive payment, but all attempts to contact Ms. Loyd or the company itself have been ignored. The online data portal I used to do the work was blocked from me. This is a sophisticated operation, and i don't consider myself to be easily duped, but they completely convinced me this was a legitimate employment opportunity. While I didn't lose any money out of pocket, I lost working time in the amount of $2,800.
