Canceled order continues to charge card. Product is aa scam phone number now reports ca not accept calls. Do not want this product

This ad was in the daily MSN feed, it advertised CBD gummies and when I clicked on the ad,it went on to explain how they reduced pain, helped you sleep etc. I opted to purchase two bottles of gummies for a price of approximately $69.99(can't remember the exact amount) and sent in the order form with my Visa card number. Before I received the product my Visa was charged a total of $200.88. I phoned the "so-called" customer service number and complained. I was told that the increase was because of the exchange rate - no where in the ad did it say US dollars, when I argued and said that the ad was Canadian dollars and even if it had been US dollars the exchange rate is not 140% I didn't get a response. When I received the product it had been sent from Toronto and the bottles read "Made in Canada".

The products I received were not CBD gummies but purportedly "Hemp seed oil gummies" plus I also received, supposedly free, hemp oil and hemp skin cream. I haven't used any of them as this is such a scam. When I tried to go back to the web site I had ordered from, it no longer existed. I immediately cancelled my Visa card as a precautionary measure as I could envisage them fraudulently charging it again.

Wish I had read this first. I did the same thing, ordered the product on April 8 2022, I am still waiting to get something. The phone number for customer service doesnt work, the email address does not respond. Usually I do not fall for this stuff, i check them out before I buy. I got no summary before the purchase was finalised nor any indicator of it being in USD either. Called the credit card company immediately after the purchase and they told me I needed to deal with the supplier first before them. Well, that's my next phone call
