My husband & I each ordered a portable folding chair that swung. We both received our product on June 17, 2021 & instead we received a foldable foot rest if it can even be used for that, it is that small. To give you an idea of size it is the height of a clip board. I contacted the company for a return/refund & their response was they randomly pick out the items &the buyer receives same value of what was paid for. They was willing to give me a 20% discount but refused the return/refund when it clearly states on their site that there is a 100% refund guarantee. No where did I read that they randomly pick items to send. Avoid this company at all cost. Wish isn't even this bad........

Company seems to be located out of the United Kingdom (England).
