I tried to call the company but there was no answer but got two emails from the scammer about sending the check with a deposit slip into my account, which I never did do.

Then after an hour of an job interview in Google Hangouts, I was offered a position and instructed to buy home office products. Seems like an overpayment scam? I found this online but nothing on your site so thought I'd forward this on.
