Said with H&M first, then Matrix Medical on behalf of your insurer, ____________. Asked for person by name. I offered to take a message. Caller gave a phone number of (855) 403-0967. Caller went on to say that Insurance company had approved a health and wellness in-home assessment to see that the insured is receiving medical treatment, [and something else I don't remember exactly]. I replied that I found that interesting since he sees a doctor on a regular basis. And I hung up.
