I went to the website and wanted to order a knife. I clicked on the option to buy one knife, but after completing the purchase, I realized they had charged me for three knives. I sent a confirmation email, but the tracking system told me it could not find my order. I still haven't received the knives, and there has been no response from them.

They keep telling me the shipment has been delayed due to weather since the 13th of January.

Online Purchase

On 6/28 I ordered ONE knife and ONE sheath. I was billed for two separate transactions totaling $143.32 for the single knife and sheath plus four more of each. I immediately attempted to cancel and discovered that there is no way to cancel on your site. I had a chat window open for 30 minutes with no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they have been as useless. I finally received a RMA but was instructed to ship to an address in Lithuania.
