Seems to be the same issue as John Shelton above... I received an inflatable toy - absolutely not what was ordered. The website advertises that they accept returns, but there is no info on how to do it. The contact page has only an address: https://freshyness.com/contact-us/
Two months later I recieve two small, poor quality Border Collie vanes from a company 'Funpinpin' in Hong Kong.
I paid 188 dollars for these two, so they were absolutely not cheap.
I found the advertisment on facebook, which supposedly have no resposnibility for the companies they let trough.
The UK address is a virtual office.

On July 28, 2020 I sent an email to the "service@buffarea" address and asked about the status of my order.

On July 30, 2020 I emailed them again thanking them for their reply but stated that I saw my credit card was already charged for the merchandise, and how much longer must I wait. I received no reply to that message.

I believe that my card should not have been charged until the merchandise was shipped. I "Googled" the website and many "fraud" messages came up. Therefore, I am reporting this website as a possible fraud and scamming site. I would like to get my money back or actually receive my merchandise.
