Discovered an offer on FB Marketplace which APPEARED to be the Mattel Toy Company. Decided to try to order some advance Christmas presents for my kids. After a month of waiting, I went back and investigated... and discovered from their website that this is definitely Not Mattel. I tried contacting them at their fishy customer service email, and they sent me a tracking number for a package which appeared to have been delivered last week in my town. I went into the UPS tracking system to file a claim for a lost package... and discovered that the package was a very light weight compared to what I ordered, and was addressed to someone with a different name than me "from Amazon". (In other words, I have a strong suspicion that they just have access to random tracking numbers so that when people order from them, they give them a tracking number that indicates the package was already delivered, so that people think their package was stolen.) I've attached the email order form I received with the fallacious tracking number.
