I got a pink letter from Student Loan Department, and there was a ScamPulse.com logo on it. I called the number, gave them lots of personal information, and they said my loans could be forgiven. I signed a document online. Then, they said they could not continue unless I gave them 2 passwords--one for my account at the federal loan site, and the other for the loan servicer's site. When I said I wasn't willing to give them my password, they said I had to in order to continue with the loan process, and that I could just change my password later.
