We are delighted to inform you that your application has been successful. We were particularly impressed by your responses to the interview questions, which served as your entry interview. Therefore, we are thrilled to offer you the position of a Remote Full-Time Voiceover Artist at Wowza Media Systems.
Your exceptional skills align perfectly with our needs, and we believe that you will add immense value to our team through your distinctive tone, delivery, and creative ability to bring scripts to life.
The specific details of your employment are outlined below:
- Position: Remote Full-Time Voiceover Artist
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm), core hours being 10am-12pm EST
- Salary: $60.00 per hour
- Training Compensation: $40.00 per hour
- Start Date: February 8, 2024 or another mutually agreed upon date
Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality voiceovers for videos used in marketing campaigns, training materials, e-learning courses, and more.
Additionally, this role comes with a comprehensive benefits package including vacation leave, health insurance, life insurance, a pension plan, 401k with matching contributions and vision care. Notably, you will be entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO) of 21 days during the first year. You will become eligible for additional benefits after three months of employment.
Upon acceptance of this offer we will communicate virtually during the initial two days of training. Thereafter a user ID and password along with access to our company server and necessary contact details will be provided.
Should you accept this offer arrangements would be made regarding the purchase and delivery of essential equipment such as MacBook Pro, a 27-inch 5K display monitor, external hard drive/backup system among other tools necessary for the role. The check for this purchase will be mailed to you promptly upon receipt of your signed offer letter.
After the completion of your workspace setup, you will undergo a final onboarding process involving a video conference with representatives from our Finance Department, Management team and your supervisor. You will then gain access to our secure staff portal where you'll need to upload copies of your valid ID (front and back) and complete additional employment documents such as tax forms and emergency contact details.
Please sign the attached employment offer letter and email it back to us by January 31, 2024. Once we've received the signed document, we'll immediately send out the check for purchasing your equipment.
Note: Upon signing this contract you are legally obligated not to damage or destroy any property belonging to the company i.e: equipment sent and delivered for work purposes or checks sent as payment. Any violation of these terms will render this contract null void with penalties applied accordingly.
