This site was selling Maui Jim sunglasses. I thought they were part of sunglass hut. They took my order and shipped sunglasses. I received men sunglasses (not women’s) and they were a completely different style,. I contacted them and said they shipped the wrong style, referenced the ones I purchased and order number and sent a picture of what they sent me. They informed me they they could offer a discount off a next if I kept the product. I wanted to return for refund or return and have them ship the product that I actually ordered. [email protected] This email was listed and after several attempts to ask for a refund and they kept telling me that I should just keep them or give them to a friend because I would have ti pay for the return and shipping was expensive. They never agreed to process the return.
