I saw their ad for a free sample on FB. They show remarkable before and after. I clicked on it then it says proceed..I do..In large numbers, $4.95 shipping and in tiny letters , could be more. I am thinking the more part must be for international. I give my credit card information and click proceed. There is a bottle of cream and under it the word proceed. I click on proceed but the total I owe which I assume is $4.95 doesn't come up. No total comes up. Red flags came up in my mind. I called the company and asked what did you charge for the shipping on the free sample and he says $19.99. I say cancel this right now. I am not paying that and send me an email to confirm I cancelled which he did. The next day I get an email saying order shipped. I call to complain about this $60 they have charged my account and say they should not have sent it. I did not accept the cream at the post office. When I checked at the bank they did not refund the $19.99 shipping. I called them again. She says they will not refund the shipping. This company is making a lot of money off shipping whether anyone orders their products or not. First of all it would not be $19.99 for a tiny sample then they send this cream without my ordering it and keep the shipping. No reputable company does not disclose the amount they charged your charge card. If you view the ad they have on FB you can see for yourself that the only option if you want the free sample is to click on proceed. I told them if their product worked they wouldn't have to be deceitful and fool people. On the photo with the cream there is no "order it" or "decline" There is only proceed. Please investigate this scammer company and hold them accountable. Thank you, ******* *****
