He states you have to give a deposit through zelle through a different email and cannot go in person to buy the puppies, the down payment has to be given first to see them in person. States those are the rules and regulations to scam you into 300 dollars by saying its fully refundable.

Looking to purchase a puppy. Completed application and was contacted by email from what was supposed to be the breeder. He sent pictures and video and confirmed his intentions to send the puppy. We would not pay full price until receipt of puppy but made a deposit. After receipt of deposit we got no response or reply. Called the phone number provided and hung up the first time then blocked my calls.
