TikTok purchase on June 22, 2024. Received tracking on 06/23/2024, and the package started traveling in the mail. On June 27, 2024, the package stayed in one place and did not move locations. I waited a to see if the post office missed scanning the package, but I expected it to show up at a different location and update the tracking information. The package did not move locations between 06/27/24 to 06/11/2024. I asked for a refund. I reached out to the company to ask about how they manage postal service loses packages and if I can get a refund on insurance. The sender responded to my accusation assuring me that they do not request insurance refunds, but they had my cancelation and was able to retrieve my package from the post office. It is evident that this company has fraudulent activities going on. I have experience in the logistical field and have a well understanding that accidents happen, but this package was held, not lost.
