On 8/24/2021 there was an online advertisement for Keto Products. I subscribed to two separate products. I was billed $6.53 for one product and $7.43 for the other. I ordered a single item, not a subscription, I was careful to read the terms and conditions regarding a subscription and found that was separate signup. I received the product and then on 9/9/2021 I was charged $91.89 by Tactile Body Provision but did not receive a shipment. They then billed me $98.91 on 10/10/2021 and there was no shipment. The second product with this is billed as Purebreak. on 9/10/2021 I was billed $93.95 and no shipment. On 10/12/2021 I was once again charged $93.95 with no shipment. On 10/12/2021 I called the customer support number 844-666-3347. This is not customer support for a specific company so they could not tell me who the vendors were. I was notified that after the initial shipment, I was to call if I did not like them (this was not anywhere on the advertisement). The support specialist kept putting me on hold. I asked him why I was billed in September and did not receive a shipment. He could not answer that because this was a customer service support center and they do not have specific information like that. He did cancel my "subscription" but could do nothing to get a refund on past charges.
