Directed to the website maxlabradorpuppies.com. Pictures of puppies, Dam and Sire, few details about the breeder, no physical address. Traded emails to make arrangements to purchase a pure bred lab pup. Seller sent a contract. Details were inconsistant, price, date of birth of litter etc. Arranged for a phone call. Would not make arrangments for delivery until payment was processed. Seller intially stated they were in Richmond VA. We live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He was going to arrange for a flight which makes no practical sense given the relatively short distance to the closest airport, Norfolk VA. When we pressed for more details he terminated the call. Later received and email that he had held the puppy for over 2 weeks at our request (not true), and that we disapointed him. We asked for the Vet records, Vet contact info and a zoom call or facetime. No further contact as of this writing. 1/17/2021
