Tried to purchase a Siamese kitten. Contacted seller through website and got response. Kitten interested in was said to be available. Deposit to reserve kitten was $300. This was paid through Paypal friend and family. Was suppose to drive to 3926 Eastland Lake Dr., Richmond, TX 77406. Reached this address and no one was home. Called cell number given (got message service) and emailed with no response. Drove back home (St. Louis, MO). Following day got email from seller stating that they had an emergency. Offered shipping of kitten but wanted another $150. Told them to ship the kitten and I will pay once kitten is received. They refused and insisted I had to send additional money. Instructed seller to refund deposit and was told it would be in a couple of days (Suppose to be money back guarantee). (While all this was happening my daughter responded to the website and was told the same kitten was available.) Following day, seller called and offered a discount on the kitten and they would ship. Told them again that they need to ship the kitten and I would be happy to send payment once received. Told me I wasn't interested in the kitten enough. Told seller to refund my deposit. Hung up. Several days later I received an email from the seller stating "sorry the refund will have to delay for a month my paypal has been freezed ". Haven't heard anything since.
