The product pictures you see in the app. Is not what your bidding on. I bid on a product and won the auction and took out buyer’s assurance. I picked up the product only to notice when I got home it was a cheaper model. I took it back and they said they could refund my money all except the buyers assurance money. Which is not right since they are misleading people by using the wrong pictures in their auctions. All I wanted was my buyers assurance money back. It’s not my fault they can’t put the right pictures in the app. And the manager got a little cocky with me. I wonder who or what kinda people really run this place.
