I received an email from an odd email address and when I opened it it was from McAfee Secure. It stated my account was being renewed and there was no other information except a form with a confirmation number and their number and stating that they would renew my service for 999.99 or I could call and cancel. I called the number and when they told me I had to go online and cancel it myself I realized something wasn't right and told them this is a scam and that I would report to the BBB.

Received an email from Macfee Secure Support Licensed under Ron Marburger sending me an invoice for a 1yr plan towards my computer service/protection/security license renewal key for $299.67 for 1 yr. I did not purchase this, they said to call 855-519-3033 to speak to an agent to cancel this plan, I called and it was someone I couldn't understand very much, and he wanted me to get on my computer and fill out an cancel form, I did not do this, I contacted McAfee thinking it might be them, but they told me this was a scam and not to click on the email. Just wanted to make people aware of this. This company is claiming to be McAfee, but are calling it Macfee, so beware!!
