I bought a used golf cart online and have not received it. I have not received it. I have contacted him repeatedly and he occasionally answers the phone. He said that Crown Logistics has the cart but they want $1600 to file paperwork which they say will be refunded but I am clearly not paying out any more money. I feel stupid enough already. I know I have thrown away my money but want to make sure no one else is taken advantage of.

This company advertises Golf Carts for sale and when you go to buy one they as you to wire transfer the money to their bank account. I asked if I could pay by credit card and they said no because the credit card companies received too many complaints about charge backs. The phone number on their website is not longer in service and this was right after the Sales Manager; Martin Klopp called me on the same number. The person on the bank account is Wire/Bank Transfer details:

Bank name.. Truist bank

Account name.. Victory N Ngochi

Bank address.. 6842 Riverdale rd lanham md 20706

Which is in Maryland not West Virgina
