A fake check was created using my checking account information and made payable to MCSC Multi Targets Inc ck #4841438 in the amount of $26.09 (one of 3 similar checks). I filed a police report and the bank refunded my account.

Fake Check from my account for $28.41 written 8/2/18 cleared my bank 8/6/18 that said I authorized it.

This is account I do not write checks from or use debit card.

Scammer knew my name and account #
