charges on my bank account the same day, not just for the $6.95 but a second charge for $6.85. These people had grabbed my info without me ever having entered it completely, given any permission to use my info, or completing any type of order.I called my bank and they gave me a phone number for the company who had charged me and told me this was a subscription service and based in Arizona. I called the company and at first I was told the number was not in service. I called later that day and someone answered saying it was Keto max, a different company name still-and this person was extremely abusive, refused to cancel the "order" I never completed or agreed to, told me I was in violation of a contract-which I never made,told me I had agreed to future shipments of their product at full price,( whatever that was), and threatened to sue me! I hung up and cancelled my debit card and decided to complain to the BBB.
This sham company has now shifted their ad to feature the likeness and fake endorsement of Dr. Phil. These ads are fake, none of the celebrities featured endorse this product and the methods they used to steal my information and bill me without my consent are criminal. They continue to try to sell their cbd oil, with celebrity likenesses and if you look up the celebrity or any of the company or product names, you will see its all just a scam. I haven't seen the product that my stolen credit card info supposedly paid for, and given my experience with this company, who strangely keeps changing their name every day or so, I would not even trust their products to give to my dog. Don't trust these people. This is a scam. I want the ScamPulse.com to thoroughly investigate them and stop this scam and stop them from stealing other peoples credit card info.
The ads for their cbd oil products always have a fake page-the one I saw looked like it was from the Dr. Oz show website, complete with tabs saying, buy tickets for the show, contact the show, send Dr. Oz a message, etc. But if you click on any of these tabs, they go directly to the fake company's order page where a count down timer tells you to place order immediately. If you put any info into their form, they grab it and immediately start taking money from your credit card.
They apparently think that rapidly changing their company name and the likeness of the fake celebrity pages will protect them from being investigated. If they were a legit company they would not have fake pages using celebrity likenesses, or change their company name daily, or resort to illegally grabbing your credit card information and trying to force you to subscribe to their products. And who knows what is actually in these products, I question their contents and safety.
I will update the ScamPulse.com with more info as I hear from this company. But they are NOT legit and must be stopped.
