Ordered a product that I saw on a Facebook add from this company only to never receive it and was given a bogus tracking number and a bogus site to track it from. I’ve asked for help and all I get in return is the same carbon copy email stating that they can see it has shipped and giving me the bogus tracking number again. They refuse to refund me because according to them it has shipped even though they won’t provide me with what shipping company was used or any actual proof other than their say so that it has been shipped.
