WHEN ORDERING BOOKS ONLINE IT POPPED UP REQUESTING CREDIT CARD INFO PRIOR TO COMPLETING PURCHASE ORDER, I THOUGHT THIS WAS STRANGE BUT COMPLETED IT AND THEN I RECEIVED A $39.99 DEDUCTION ON MY CREDIT CARD. WHEN I TRIED TO HAVE IT REMOVED MEDIAHITT DENIED IT.

I RECEIVED NOTHING FOR IT.
