A man induced his self as a health insurance agent his name was Edgar ? He fast talker and I couldn't understand what he was saying told him I don't want the service or what ever he was trying to sale next thing I know I'm getting a letter statement of the medica insurance or death life something and I had gotting several messages with him needed me to finish setting up and choosing a new plan ? Without even seeing or hearing full details but I try to contact him but nothing ever came back on the cancellation so I assumed it was done so after receiving a billing I call'd the service number was kept on line on hold and when i got a tech she said she cant find my account even after i gave the id number thinking how can you send a billing .but yet you can't find my account in your system then ask me for my social security number .I refused to give and that is where she was saying she would have to disconnect this call if I keep speaking rude like i asked what she meant then i ask for manger or some over her a supervisor and that was where she left me on old until i was disconnected for long wait . So thinking this is all wrong flags popping up every where I give this one to you
