Received a medical bill for a procedure that was fully covered by insurance. I only have a co-pay. The scammer said it was for anesthesia 1200 and I owe 350. First texted and then sent a letter. checked with my insurance and my balance is 0. This was sent 7 months after procedure. The date of procedure was correct. Terrible
