People call me frequently in a days.time. People want me.to agree.to receive braces. I have said I.do not need braces but.They sent me a box anyway. I want the insistent phone calls.to stop

This company ALWAYS calls me. I use the automated system to remove myself from the database. I speak to actual employees to remove myself and nothing ever happens. When I call the number back, it can't be completed as dialed. How do I stop them?

Please contact the Federal Trade Commission at (877) 438-4338 to file a complaint against the company if you have asked them to remove you from their call list.  Repeated calls after the request has been made is against the Federal Do No Call registry and the FTC needs to be alerted.

Received a call from Jeremy from "Medical Brace". He asked if I could hear him, as he was very soft spoken. I said Yes, but followed it quickly with "but, I'm on the do not call list" He said he would notify the company and let them know. Looked online and saw a lot of calls on Jeremy but from a different number, its a scam. Not sure what the reprecussions are for saying yes, as it happened today.

Called and asked if I could hear him. I answered yes. Then asked if I had any knee or back problems. I hung up the phone.

Caller stated his name was Jeremy and we were being recorded. Then he asked if i could hear him ok.
