They have called my brother & I both & left numerous voicemails claiming I owe debts to my local hospital from 2018. They also use my maiden name in the voicemails, but when I called back; they addressed me as my married name. Very pushy, trying to get me to confirm personal details & acknowledge a debt I owed from 2018 to my local hospital. I did not acknowledge it in any way, they told me I could pay an even $3,200 to stay out of court or else I would be served. They waited two weeks and called my brother & I both back & left voicemails; I called back & they claimed I was being served now because of lack of communication since I never called back two weeks ago, they asked if I was aware of this, I said no, they said I owed over several thousand dollars, I said how do figure because I just also talked to my local hospital & AT MOST owed less than $1,500 total from 2018 that year & that is NOWHERE on my credit report: they responded “take up it up with the judge. You’ll be served.” & hung up! I called back, told them don’t ever contact my brother or my dad again, they hung up. Also, second time I called today, the guy said his name was James, but I was supposedly just talking to a Daniel????? First time, two weeks ago, I was told I was talking to someone from Mellor Law Firm in CA named Daniel Garcia, EXT 607. All different phone numbers. HARASSING ME & MY FAMILY!!!!
