websites claims to sell dental and medical equipment and supplies. We ordered an autoclave sterilizer. They said it would ship in a month, but took payment immediately. Over several months, they kept stringing us along with responses to emails and phone calls saying the product would be in stock soon. The product never shipped. Then they took additional funds that were not authorized and stopped responding to emails and phone calls. We were able to get refunded for the unauthorized funds by our credit card company, but not for the original charge.
