Called and told me I will be getting my back brace in the mail. They just need some information. I asked who they were and they said they were my medicaid provider. I asked why they were sending me a back brace. They said they must have misspoke. They then said I would be getting a shoulder brace, then a knee brace, then a diabetes kit. They kept changing everytime I said I don't need it. Finally they asked what I have been using my medicare/medicaid benefits on. I told them I don't have either. Then they hung up. They were trying to ship me anything they could. Nothing but a medicare/medicaid rip-off. This is the 100th plus call I have received like this.
