I placed an order with them for $118.00 of truffles & $50 for overnight shipping for a total of $168.00.
I’ve been on an ongoing text chat with them and they acknowledged receipt of my payment. However, for the first time, they stated I need a “prescription document “ before they could ship my order..
I advised them, that nowhere in their site, prior to placing an order, is a request for a “prescription document “, only a request for payment.
It was only after they got their payment,
their excuse for not shipping my order that the requirement for a “prescription document “ was now necessary before they shipped my order.
I am sorry, I didn’t read any business reviews ( but this one ) until it was too late.
This business is a scam with their website set up to attract payment and then not following through by either shipping your order or refunding your money.

Then, I get a message that I need a prescription and I pay another $205 to Edson Nunes.
Finally, I got a message from a shipping agency saying they need $750 for cargo insurance, which supposedly was refundable. I wasn't able to pay them so, Michelle [email protected] said she sent them $250 and sent the money to her. Instead, I sent another $500 to Ashley's account. Come to find out that Ashlee died last week of Covid (Not).
So now, I am out $950 and do not have anything to show for it. I've called and left messages and emails for a refund and have not heard back.
