i received a statement from united healthcare (secondary health insurance) for six claims dated from 8/10/22 to 12/12/22, for blood glucose monitoring supplies totaling $2119.33. i do not have diabetes, have never been prescribed these items from any doctor, and did not receive the items. i reported this to united healthcare's fraud hotline; they have tagged it as a fraudulent claim, and have not paid it. i am concerned that my personal health id# is compromised now. during my life i got my paycheck the old-fashioned way; i worked for it. i do not appreciate thieves, and i hope you can please help stop any further thievery. thanks, good luck.........stay safe
