Received Medicare Notice Summary for claims processed between 29 July thru 27 September 2023. The same service item was listed as three separate service charges for July, August, and September. The item Royce Medical Supply LLC charged Medicare for was a 200 Intermittent urinary catheter with insertion supplies costing $1900 each. Because Royce Medical Supply LLC made three separate charges the total amount came to $5700. I notified Medicare via their fraud hotline.

I am very healthy and have never used a catheter.
