I received a letter in the mail dated March 4. 2024 saying I filed a medicare claim on Dec 28, 2008. **** ******** ***** *****  Subject: Payer Rights and Responsiblilties. I didn't file a claim in Dec 28, 2008. I didn't sign up for Medicare till June 2009. I looked this company up on the net and it said it is in India. There is a note at the bottom that says

NGHP: PO Box 138832 Oklahoma City, OK 73113. I don't know if this is a scam, but thought I would let you know just in case.
