Got a call from someone claiming to be from Medicare. They have my address & doctor's name but the address for the doctor was not correct. I didn't correct them. Offering me the "Free" genetic testing as long as I answer the questions exactly as I'm told to. I was promised a new Medicare card...again. Call was then transferred to Genetic Advocates. She told me that if I didn't answer the questions correctly she couldn't change them and they couldn't contact me again (YEAH!) so when asked if I was being offered a new card or gift I said yes. She quickly hung up & 'Medicare' guy came back on the line flipping out. He was very upset that I played along just to get info for a fraud report. He threatened to cancel my Medicare and charge me $5000. Then he calmed down & tried to get me to answer the questions his way AGAIN! Other calls have been to real company names (which I called the company to let them know they were being used) and another company was no longer in business. Another one is GreenLife.
