Called back an hour later using different phone number but still local area code and local first 3 numbers of exchange

We have received 20 calls a day for the past 5 months from different phone numbers saying that they are from Medicare and want to give us free braces. They have all the information on there computer: name, address, telephone number but not the Medicare number. As soon as you challenge them they become rude and abusive. They call at the most oddest hours and sound like they are an outsource call center.
