Calling to offer a "free" back or knee brace from Medicare. They will call multiple times a day. They claim to work for Medicare. This is a scam! Medicare does not call about braces. They want you to go to your doctor to get properly fitted for a brace.

called telling me Medicare would pay for a free back brace. I did give them the last four digits of my Social Security number so I am worried.
